1. Before You Start — Redeem Every Code
The Wonderland Roblox beginner guide starts here: from the main lobby, click the Shop button on the left, switch to the Codes tab, and redeem every active code. Right now that means RELEASE26 for 100 Gems.
Gems are a lobby currency — they don't drop in runs, so redeem before you start. Check our codes page for the full list.
2. Choose Your Team Size
Runs support 1 to 5 players. Solo is the hardest but the most rewarding for learning the level layouts.
For your first run, a 3-5 player team is recommended — the Level 4 chase and the final Wonder & Wander boss are dramatically easier with backup.
3. Lumins & Zippy
The small multi-colored creatures scattered through every level are Lumins. They're your primary objective.
Bring at least 4 Lumins to Zippy — your friendly green backpack NPC — and he will run ahead and mark the escape on the team's map. He does not consume the Lumins.
Plan your run with the Lumins calculator to see when Zippy unlocks the escape.
4. Survive the First Chase (Level 4)
The most-asked-about segment in the Wonderland Roblox beginner guide. The Level 4 hole escape has three rules:
- Pull every lever in the room quickly and efficiently.
- Do not run toward the last door — it's locked.
- JUMP into the hole in the center of the room. That's the exit.
5. Bosses & Chases
The Wonderland Roblox beginner guide splits enemies into two categories:
- Fightable: Carny, Maniacal Frog, Gun Owl, Wonder & Wander. You can damage them.
- Chase-only: Mole, Wormy, the final House Chase. You can only outrun these.
See the full breakdown in our boss tier list.
6. Final Boss — Wonder & Wander
The Wonderland Roblox beginner guide covers the final boss in detail. The twins share a single health bar. Hit Wonder while she's dancing on the left plate and Wander while he's dancing on the right. They swap attack patterns every 10 seconds, so alternate damage between them.
7. After the Run
Once the final House Chase ends, your run is over. The Wonderland Roblox beginner guide advises returning to the lobby, claiming any Gems or items, and checking the update log for the next patch and any new codes. Explore the full wiki for deeper lore.
